Interactive College of Technology Parking Lot Addition, Chamblee, GA

The Interactive College of Technology Parking Lot Addition project consisted of preparing civil site plans to support the construction of a 3-plus acre parking lot addition to the existing campus. The project included underground pipe stormwater detention as a solution to obtaining more usable land area for parking spaces and a recreation area as well as streetscape elements to meet the City of Chamblee’s requirements.
