Our Leadership
Chris Partain, P.E., LEED AP, President, is a native of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering land development industry. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Technology.
After graduation, Chris went to work in architectural and engineering firms in Atlanta that specialized in site development design to support the construction of retail , high-rise buildings, government, religious, healthcare, K-12, and recreational facilities. Chris was Civil Engineering Department Head at one of The Atlanta Business Chronicles Top 25 Architectural firms.
Chris is a licensed professional engineer in Georgia and three other states and is a LEED Accredited Professional. His years of varied experience shaped Chris into an experienced civil engineer, manager, and problem solver. Chris’s site investigation knowledge lead him to be published in Worship Facilities Magazine online (see Article). He was also a roundtable speaker for “Common Misconceptions about Green Buildings” in 2009.
Chris’s community involvement includes being a volunteer to a charitable organization, and a member of American Water Works Association. Chris resides in metro Atlanta with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys woodworking, running, reading, and spending time with his family.
